Enrich your students' exposure to poetry and at the same time fit it in with the reinforcement of a particular phoneme. All 44 poems have a different phonemic focus: consonants (7 poems), short and long vowels (15), consonant digraphs (4), initial and final consonant blends (4), suffixes and contractions (7), and vowel patterns (6).
