Please allow 14 business days for your order to ship and 7-10 business days for delivery. Contact customer service about expediting delivery and we will try to accommodate special requests when possible.
You will see your shipping cost when you check out online. Minimum order amount is $15.00.

If your order if over $100 you can select our FREE shipping option if you are willing to wait just a little longer to receive your order!
To take advantage of our complimentary shipping, add items to your shopping cart so that your order totals $100 or more and then select the FREE shipping option at checkout:

Quoted shipping rates apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States and Canada. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. Post Office Box addresses are accepted. AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and U.S. territories will ship U.S. Mail. Allow 3-4 weeks for standard shipping to these locations.

- Returns & Replacements

We guarantee our products unconditionally. Request for returns should be directed to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If you request a credit to your credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Service for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.
All special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for product in this category.

We accept AMEX, MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit cards through our payment processor, Authorize.net.
We also accept purchase orders from Qualified Schools. Please contact customer service to set up an account as a Qualified School.
To place your purchase order, you can download our order form here. Send your completed order form and school purchase order to us by mail or fax. Or you can simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and select the purchase order payment option at checkout. Simply enter your PO number (or enter TBD if you need to obtain the number later) and fax or mail us a copy of your school purchase order after you complete the checkout process:
